Introduction

Dr. Manoj Sharma, is a distinguished Pediatrician and neonatologist with over 14 years of extensive experience in the Armed Forces Medical Services. A retired Lieutenant Colonel, he has served in various Armed Forces hospitals, where he provided comprehensive and Critical care services in Neonatology and Pediatrics, managing high-risk neonatal and Pediatric cases with clinical excellence and dedication Dr. Sharma has also contributed significantly to academic medicine as faculty at multiple Armed Forces Medical Services institutions, actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. He is a committed teacher, mentor, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) trainer also.

He has authored and co-authored several publications in reputed national and international journals, reflecting his commitment to research and evidence-based practice.

Currently, Dr. Sharma serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences.
